PEO3 - To demonstrate professionalism and accountability in communicating ideas to organisations and the wider community. (MQF 3c, MQF 3f, MQF 5)
PEO4 - To exhibit strong personal, interpersonal, and entrepreneurial skills, with the capacity to pursue lifelong learning for professional development. (MQF 3b, MQF 4a, MQF 4b)

A Bachelor's degree with the following conditions:
- A bachelor's degree (Level 6 MQF) in Engineering or related fields with first-class (CGPA of 3.67 or higher) or its equivalent from an academic or Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programme;
- Undergo internal assessment,
- Any other requirements of the HEP.
Bachelor's degree (level 6 MQF) candidates who are registered for master's degree programmes (CGPA of 3.30 or higher) may apply to convert to the doctoral degree programmes subjected to the following conditions:
- within 1 year for full time and within 2 years for part-time candidates;
- having shown competency and capability in conducting research at master level through rigorous evaluation by the HEP; and
- approval of the HEP Senate.
English Requirement for International Students
Minimum International English Language Testing System (IELTS) 5.0/ Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) 500 or its equivalents.
